About

An engineering firm, based in Plainsboro, New Jersey

We build AI systems end to end, and we specialise in computer vision that runs at the edge — on plant floors, in clinical areas, at sites with no reliable uplink.

Why we exist

Building a demo with a language model takes an afternoon. Running one in production — against real data, real users, a real budget and a model that gets deprecated next quarter — is a different discipline. That gap is where most AI programs stall, and it's the only thing we work on.

How we're built

We are an engineering firm, not an agency. Most of our work is end-to-end AI development, and our specialist practice is computer vision that runs at the edge — on the plant floor, in clinical areas, at unstaffed sites. That work has constraints a web team never meets: optics and mounting, a latency budget measured in milliseconds, an OT network you may not touch, and imagery that is not permitted to leave the building.

The engineers who design a system are the ones who come to the site and the ones you call afterwards.

Where we work

On-site installs, workshops and discovery sessions across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Remote engagements across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU, with real Eastern-time overlap for standups and demos.

What you can expect

For vision work, send sample images and a written Feasibility Check comes back free. Otherwise a 30-minute call establishes whether there is a fit. From there most engagements run a four-week AI Pilot at a fixed price, with acceptance criteria signed before any code. Build runs in phases against those numbers, and nothing acts automatically until it has cleared a monitored production period. At the end you own everything and have the runbooks to operate it, or we operate it for you.

How we operate

Six commitments, on every engagement

Go and look

We do not quote a system for a place we have not stood in. Site surveys come before proposals, not after.

Working is a number

Accuracy, latency and uptime are agreed in writing before build, and the result against them is published either way.

Price in the open

Published figures, phased quotes agreed before each phase, an itemised delivery layer, no markup on hardware.

Write it down

Weekly written reporting, architecture decision records, runbooks. Verbal-only delivery is not delivery.

Hand it over

Source, weights, datasets and annotation schemas are assigned to you on every contract.

Earn the automation

Nothing acts on a line or an alert until it has cleared a supervised run against the agreed thresholds.

Curious how that plays out day to day? Read our delivery process or the case studies.

Start with a call, then a costed plan

Thirty minutes on the problem, the site and the constraints. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a four-week AI Pilot at a fixed price, with acceptance criteria signed before any code is written.
